Didn’t love what you ordered? Changed your mind after receiving your jewelry? No worries. At TRIOSHINE, we understand that sometimes fashion preferences change—and we want your experience with us to be completely stress-free.

We don’t want you to regret a purchase or keep something you won’t wear. That’s why we offer a simple and transparent return process to ensure your satisfaction.

How to Place a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@trioshine.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number, clear images of the product and label, and your reason for the return.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of order delivery.


(A) For PAY ON DELIVERY / CASH ON DELIVERY Orders:

  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit only. Refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment method.

  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll confirm via email and apply your store credit accordingly.


(B) For ONLINE PREPAID ORDERS (Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI / Wallets):

  • Refunds will be processed to the original source of payment within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item in its original condition (with all tags and packaging intact).

  • For card payments, the amount will be refunded to the same card used at checkout.

  • For UPI payments, the refund will be credited to the original UPI ID.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve received and inspected your return and initiated your refund.

Important: Do not share the OTP with the pickup partner until the product is physically handed over to them.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refund amounts will be calculated after deducting any discounts applied at the time of purchase.

Please note that Gift Hampers are non-returnable.


Exchange Policy

At this time, TRIOSHINE does not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different product, design, color, or size, simply return your original item and place a new order using a store credit or coupon code we’ll provide after your return is processed.
